Returns and Delivery

Standard delivery is 2 to 4 days.  Shipping cost depends on weight of products that you are purchasing.

0kg-2kg ---£3.49 GBP

10kg and up ---£5.49 GBP

All of our products are made to order sp please allow 2-3 days for us to complete your order and an additional 2-3 days for them to be delivered.

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind and want to return your item.

 We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

 Please ensure goods are returned intact, and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging, and un-used, please keep all tags on products in place.

Parcels must be returned at your own cost and for your own security we recommend you obtain proof of postage and suitable insurance cover and tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. 

 Once your returned goods have been received, we will process your return minus shipping costs. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. 

 If any of our items arrive to you damaged, please contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence of its condition. 

 We cannot be held responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.
